Terms of service

Last updated 30 August 2026

The service

Pinly plans, designs, schedules and measures Pinterest content for the account you connect. It is operated by Jonas Schmidt, 6343 Risch ZG, Switzerland, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest.

Your account and your content

You are responsible for what you publish through Pinly and for having the rights to the imagery and text you upload or point us at. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us only the permission needed to store it, render it into Pins and publish it where you asked us to.

Publishing on your behalf

Nothing is published without your approval. Assisted mode is the default: the product proposes, you decide. Autopilot exists, is off until you switch it on, is bounded by limits you set, and stops the moment you switch it back.

The reference library

The library keeps the structure of Pins you saved to your own boards — headline shape, angle, image type — so you can build your own. It will refuse to create a Pin that reuses another creator’s wording, image or destination link. You remain responsible for what you publish, and you must not use Pinly to reproduce someone else’s work.

Acceptable use

Pinly must be used within Pinterest’s own terms and developer policies. Do not use it for spam, for automated following or messaging, or to publish content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend an account that does.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Availability and liability

Pinly depends on the Pinterest API, which can change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular result from publishing. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with Zug, Switzerland as the place of jurisdiction. Questions go to jonas.schmidt07@gmail.com.
